For our viewers, it was through Plan Ghana, Dubai Cares, FCU and British Council that we were able to get the studio and now we have improved to be a TV station. Welcome today please. How is everything? Farewell, Farewell and thank you for having me. Yeah, we are blessed and we are. We are so privileged to have you. So tell us, how do you see Ghana's earth tech and some of the the advice you give to us? Will come later, but how do you see it now? Great, great and good morning Akra. Good morning Ghana. I'm excited to be here and I thank you for really having me and taking me to the studio, which is now turning into will soon be turning into a live TV. For you, I'm constant Channel County Director of Play International. We work to promote the right of children and equality for girls. And one of the key things we do in promoting the right of children and equality for girls is inclusive. Quality education at Tech plays a crucial role in making education very inclusive. And I can't be proud to see the work you're doing here. Thank you to make sure that no one is left behind. No child is left behind. No girl child is left behind. You're basically making sure that whether you live in the city or in the remote villages, you can have access to quality education, content and you can learn something that prepare you for tomorrow. Our tomorrow is going to be very, very competitive and technology is going to be key in that in in making us very competitive. And Ed tech is just really making sure that we can get there. And people are like children to be very ready to compete in this global, global world where competition is just very, very high. Thank you very much. Of course. And you made mention of a lot of critical areas like the competition. That our students are going to see in the nest of the soon to be world which is already here. So at Saint Laws I think we play a pivotal role and we know the importance of that. And when it comes to that, our planning, anything we do here is the constant is we focus on human centered and we look at equity, quality and of course access. When it comes to the assets females, we are working so closely with them. And you are doing some projects with them to. Can you let us in some of the projects you have done to bring more females into the ad tech forum and other stuff? We've done a lot of work in Ghana and part of those work we did was the training for tomorrow project wow that we implemented, the MG Cube project that we implemented. All of that is really strengthening the education program that we have. And currently we also working on the outcome education fund which is looking into the out of school children which is another category not that place you know of children. They need to bring into the system to make sure that we are inclusive enough, wow, you know, to have children with the right pathway to make them competitive in in life and in our world as plain international. We do a lot of work and education and we do a lot of work around everything that supports also education, which is outside of education, whether you're talking about the protection and we're doing that, you know, protection. Against gender based violence, Wow, things that are quite crucial and and critical for children, you know, to progress in school. We we working on all of those things those Yep, and also making sure that, you know, you can have access to decent employment and opportunities and entrepreneurship. I think there's a linkage between tech and all of that to prepare them for the workforce. You know especially looking at how the work demands has been now the appetite of employers has been digital. So we need to prepare our kids for that, give them the digital skills, robotics, coding, artificial intelligence. So that's good and that's and loss will look at that and we know together with you we are going to achieve a lot in this industrial revolution. So your last words for the people of Ghana especially in the educational sector will be. What 10 and let the people knows what we can do to, to to get those kind of outcome and results we are looking for. Well, the sky is the limit if we join hands together. Wow, you know, to support innovation like edtech innovation being promoted by sand loss. Good. When we join hands together with government, which is which is already doing a lot of good work, they donors, they different donors. Different partners will be able to reach as many schools as possible, both in the cities, in the rural areas and cover as many children as we can. So Michael is that we all join hands together and keep working together. You know to. You know, take our education to the next level. Well, thank you. These are the words from this constant for all of you viewers and the people of Ghana. And I'd send laws and Channel Moe. Our mandate is very simple. We are not leaving anybody out in this revolution whereby education has moved from theory to practicals and to students. We want to make sure we move their education from the traditional setup. To make sure you can also receive education irrespective of your location. Affordability is key, flexibility is key, inclusivity is key. So we are doing that and in the West of our minister, he believes that you cannot memorize your way out of poverty by you can critically innovate yourself out of poverty. This is a profound statement that he made and we at Saint Lost together with Plan International, all stakeholders, we are going to achieve that together to. Feedback education Better to make sure we don't leave anybody out. Follow our next session and you will see how Airtech is shipping education in the country, Ghana and Africa as a whole. Thank you for watching.

🟣The Southern Programme Influencing and Impact Area (SPIIA) facilitated a two-day training session aimed at strengthening Community-based Child Protection Committees on integrated child protection strategies. ☑️This initiative was carried out in partnership with the Districts/Municipalities child protection teams from Jasikan, Hohoe, and Afadzato South. 📣The primary objective was to strengthen collaboration between community members and state agencies to effectively address issues of violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation of children. 🌟This approach we believe is key to establishing a sustainable, community-led system that prioritizes the prevention of harm and the safeguarding of child well-being.#PlanInternationalGhana#Safeguarding#ChildProtection
